At Mass we repeat how the Eucharist is His “Body and Blood,” yet it is also His “Soul and Divinity” as in the Divine Mercy Chaplet. Also one can more than just mentally insert “Soul and Divinity” in other prayers: for ex., in the Pieta Prayer Booklet [1st & 8th Prayers of the 15]; too, in the PostMass Prayer of Thanksgiving by the Angelic Doctor St. Thomas Aquinas: “I give You thanks O Holy Lord… to satisfy me your unfaithful servant with the Most Precious Body and Blood” – Soul and Divinity.
En route, too, to the October Rosary Month, Promise #11 applies – to request divinization – “You shall obtain all you ask of me by the recitation of the rosary.” Saint Dominic and Blessed Alan de la Roche [who I have a prayer to for his canonization and to spread the rosary more thereby] received what amounted to 15 Promises to the Rosary.
As for the 3 colors of the Mystical Rose: they primarily stand with the Trinitarian indwelling in Mary and in us [even though they surely associate with Prayer, Sacrifice, and Penance, as Mary said]. White goes with the Father, Red with the Son, and yellow-gold with the Holy Spirit. How? White is like the 1st of color and goes with the 1st Person of the Trinity and visions of the Father with a white beard; too, with Holy Fathers (Popes). Red, of course, goes with the 2nd Person of the Trinity, the Blood of Christ; too, with Cardinals of the Church. Yellow-gold goes with the 3rd Glorious Mystery, tied to gold and to the 3rd Person - the H.S.; too, with certain episcopal colors, and some habits of religious.
A great spiritual tool related to this is what God gave me: “Divinitus!” In Latin, it means adverbially “divinely” “excellently” and/or “supremely.” This tool can help work off any ‘darts of the enemy,’ etc.
This September Message may get added to later, yet it was composed on the Carmelite Memorial of the great Marian martyr, Blessed Isidore Bakanja, who was whipped almost to death by his slave-owner and for not taking off his Carmelite Scapular. He did die not long after with another Scapular on, thanks to the Trappist missionaries, and a rosary in his hand, forgiving his aggressor. Mary said at Fatima that “with these two signs [sacramentals] I shall conquer the world.” I gave my life for the Brown Scapular in Rome, Pope John Paul II knew that, yet Our Lady stopped my aggressor so to spread the Scapular more.
Glory to the Trinity, and to The DIVINITY of Christ, 2nd Person of the Trinity!
Fr. Ed, Mexico, SOLT, but MRMS too in spirit!
Have a Blessed & Holy September month of the Divinity of Christ!
May Our Lady ever-flowering & overflowing with graces & blessings unfold in us The 3-Fold indwelling Divinity (of Her 3 'Roses') to ever spring, sing, & ring alive.
Amatissima semper esto Maria Rosa Mystica!
Most Beloved ever be Maria Rosa Mystica!
